Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times We ship internationally from our suppliers. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 10–25 business days
- Canada / Australia / UK: 15–30 business days
- Rest of World: 15–40 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs.
